SHIMLA  AMATEUR GARDEN  &  ENVIRONMENT     SOCIETY (SAGES)
Was formed on 9th,September 1995

Society  registered under the Society act XXI 1860 on 20th January,1996. with the following aims and objectives:-

  1. to promote ornamental horticulture  in Shimla and around particularly the aesthetic and utilization aspects of gardening amongst its residents, societies and institutions.

  2. to organize flower shows, seminars, symposia workshops, demonstrations, festivals, award ceremonies and other related events.

  3. to print and publish news letter and other literature for the advancement of the aims of the Sages.

  4. to arrange the supply of seeds, plants garden tools, implements, fertilizers pesticides etc. to the members.

  5. to render technical advice.

  6. to establish and maintain relations with other similar organization.

  7. to undertake all such activities that are incidental to the aims of Sages.
